RMCCDC & NCCDC: DU Cybersecurity Club Spotlight
Celebrating DU Students Advancing in Collegiate Cyber Defense
Overview
The University of Denver Cybersecurity Club is thrilled to highlight our students' participation in two of the most respected cybersecurity competitions in the nation: the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (RMCCDC) and the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (NCCDC). These events give students from our Computer Science department hands-on, high-pressure experience defending realistic enterprise systems against active adversaries.
Our student team including the members listed, successfully fought their way throught the qualifiers to advance to the main RMCCDC event, taking place on March 6th and 7th at Regis University.
About the Competitions
The NCCDC is the nation’s largest and most prestigious cyber defense tournament, challenging teams to protect and operate a live business network under attack. More information is available on the official NCCDC site: nationalccdc.org.
The RMCCDC, hosted regionally by Regis University, serves as the qualifier for the Rocky Mountain region. Teams from Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Utah compete to earn a place at nationals. Learn more here: Regis University RMCCDC.
